SPRING 2024 GUARDIAN & CREW INFORMATION
Guardian & Crew Donation Options
Guardians and Crew are volunteers and are asked to make a donation of at least $853 to be sent to Midwest Honor Flight via check with your returned forms or given online (the fees are optional - just select "Other Contribution" and enter in $0). You are allowed to collect multiple checks on our behalf to assist with your donation or can create a fundraiser through the online donation portal below to share (instructions on this are included below). Whether you make your donation personally or do a fundraiser, please ensure that your donations are completed by the dates below and if mailing checks, please mail them all together with your return packet vs having your donor send them separately to us. This will ensure you get the credit for your donation.

Guardian & Crew Training Opportunities
Please select the training option that you will attend. This will help us ensure enough seating is provided for all those in attendance. If you would like a copy of the training PowerPoint, please be sure to print the handout as no copies will be at either training. Mail Call pieces may be brought to either training session - please still follow the labeling as if you were going to send it in the mail. Coffee and donuts will be available at the registration time for each training.
