
SPRING 2025 GUARDIAN & CREW INFORMATION
Donations, Reservations, Mail Call, & More
Guardians are volunteers and are asked to make a donation of at least $853 to be given online (the fees are optional - just select "Other Contribution" and enter in $0). You are allowed to create a fundraiser through the online donation portal below to share (instructions on this are included below). Whether you make your donation personally or do a fundraiser, please ensure that your donations are completed by the dates below.

NOTE: there is an **OPTIONAL** processing fee associated with using the online reservation system. You can select/give any amount in the check out area including “$0” towards this processing fee.
LATE FEES: a $100 late fee will be added to donations received after the deadline for your assigned flight and $50 per document that is missing

Want to share a press release with your local media (newspaper or radio)? Click the button below to make an editable copy of our press release! Looking to Fundraise for your Trip?
Guardian Training Opportunities
Please select the training option that you will attend in the medical form (emailed to you along with your virtual flight packet). This will help us ensure enough seating is provided for all those in attendance. If you would like a copy of the training PowerPoint, please be sure to print the handout as no copies will be at either training. Mail Call pieces may be brought to either scheduled training session on April 19 (they may NOT be dropped off during the make up training as packets will be sorted and packed away for the flight) - please still follow the labeling as if you were going to send it in the mail. Coffee, water, and donuts will be available at the registration time for each training on April 19.

MAKE UP TRAINING OPTION
REGULAR TRAINING IS RECOMMENDED
Takes place the day before your selected flight and requires a physical. This training takes place from 1:30-3:30 PM the day before your selected flight (same day as the banquet).
THIS TRAINING ALSO REQUIRES:
- Physical Performed by a Doctor - due April 19
The physical, or one that you have had within the last year, can be emailed to Aaron by April 19 at aaron@midwesthonorflight.org
